Radhika Jain is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems in the department of Computer Information Systems at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College. Her research interests include business process integration, IT outsourcing, crowdsourcing, and agile software development. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University in 2006. She holds a Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, India. | ||
