Professor Koufaris received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Stern
School of Business of New York University, his B.Sc. in Decision Sciences from the
Wharton School of Business, and his B.A. in Psychology from the College of Arts
and Sciences, both at the University
of Pennsylvania. His
research interests include electronic commerce and specifically consumer behavior
in web-based commerce, end user behavior, and the social impact of IT. His work
has been published in Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, International Journal
of Electronic Commerce, Communications of the ACM, Information &
Management, DATA BASE for Information Systems, and Journal of Electronic
Commerce in Organizations.
