 ITNG 2012 MEDICAL INFORMATICS TECHNOLOGIES TRACK

You are invited to submit a paper for the special session on Medical Informatics Technologies, including, but not limited to the following topics:

  • Knowledge Processing Applications

  • Development of Biomedical Ontologies

  • Collaborative and Virtual Medical Research

  • Semantic Search and Semantic Search Portals

  • Artificial Intelligence in Diagnosing and Treatment

  • Portability and Compatibility of Personal Health Records

  • Medical Tourism  

PAPER SUBMISSION:

Papers should be original and contain contributions of theoretical or experimental nature, or to be unique experience reports. Interested authors should submit a 6-to 8-page version of their original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the IEEE format to the track chair. Electronic submissions in PDF or MS Word format are strongly encouraged.

EVALUATION PROCESS:

Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and soundness. Per ITNG policy, except for invited papers, all papers will be reviewed by at least two Web Technologies Track Committee members. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN.
